1. Shipping Rates & Destinations

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders with no minimum purchase required for the following markets:

  • Malaysia (Domestic)
  • United States (International)

There are no hidden handling fees or surprise charges at checkout. The price you see on the product page is the final price delivered to your door.

2. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

  • Handling Time: 1 – 3 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT+08:00) Kuala Lumpur Standard Time.
  • Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

3. Estimated Delivery Time (Transit Time)

Delivery times depend on your location:

  • Malaysia (Domestic): 3 – 5 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • United States (International): 7 – 14 business days (Monday – Friday).

Please note: These are estimated timeframes. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing for international orders.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, we will provide a tracking link via email. You can monitor your package's progress directly through the carrier's website.

5. Taxes and Duties

  • United States: Orders shipped to the US may be subject to import duties and taxes (including sales tax), which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Vessette is not responsible for these charges if they are applied.
  • Malaysia: Prices are inclusive of all local taxes.

6. Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military addresses (APO/FPO) to ensure secure hand-to-hand delivery.
