Return and refund policy

At Vessette, we are committed to providing a seamless and transparent shopping experience. We understand that a clear return process is a cornerstone of consumer trust. This policy outlines our professional standards for handling returns, exchanges, and refunds for our customers in Malaysia and the United States.
1. 30-Day Guarantee Period
Under our Satisfaction Guarantee, customers are entitled to initiate a return request within 30 days from the date of delivery. To maintain the integrity of our inventory, items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached, and in the primary packaging.
2. Formal Return Procedure
To initiate an official return authorization, please contact our support team at contact@vessette.com. Upon verification of your request, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) along with comprehensive shipping instructions.
- Note: Unauthorized returns (items sent back without a prior request) will not be processed.
- Designated Return Center: All authorized returns must be dispatched to our operational headquarters: 16, Jalan Bengkung 10/9, Shah Alam, Selangor 40100, Malaysia.
3. Allocation of Shipping Costs
- Manufacturing Defects & Fulfillment Errors: In cases where an item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled, Vessette assumes full responsibility for the return logistics costs. We will provide a pre-paid shipping label or reimburse the costs.
- Customer Preference Returns (Change of Mind): For returns initiated due to a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or subjective preference, the customer shall be responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods to our facility in Malaysia.
4. Inspection and Refund Allocation
Upon receipt at our return center, items undergo a mandatory Quality Control (QC) inspection. Following approval:
- Refunds are executed back to the original payment method.
- Please allow a processing window of 7 to 10 business days for the credit to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution's settlement period.
- Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees.
5. Damaged Goods & Discrepancies
We advise customers to perform a thorough inspection of their order upon arrival. Any discrepancies or transit damages must be reported immediately to our dedicated support line at +601114358149 or via email to facilitate an expedited resolution.
